“Brain washing #5”

Like a strong flowing river an active mind never stagnates.
#5 Mind expansion causes life expansion.
The more you allow your mind to be filled with the truth of God’s word, the greater your life’s effectiveness will be in advancing the Kingdom of God.
Did you know Albert Einstein was quoted as saying “He believed he only used between 15 to 20% of his brain capacity?
And he was a genius! Science has found in the chemical composition of the brain cells, most people only use between 6 to 15% of their brain capacity.
The question is – what then is the 85% of the most important, most active mass in our body doing? For the most of us a large percentage of our minds is lying dormant.
There is so much potential for success and victory just waiting to be grasped. God has so many things planned for our destiny.
He’s waiting for us to think it, believe it, speak it and live it.
God created us with a Mind that has the capacity and a dimension to achieve incredible heights in HIM, the future for a child of God is GREAT ABUNDANT and WOW so very powerful and Exciting
Jeremiah 33:3 (Amp) – Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).
Things your natural mind can’t grasp is waiting to be revealed to you.
Paul says
1 Corinthians 2:14, 16 (Amp) – 14But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them (of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them) because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.
16For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.
Clearly God has great and mighty things He desires to do in US and through US. There’s only one thing preventing Him – what we THINK. Our Capacity is Limitless!!
Stop thinking and saying that life is too big for your ability, your background, your income, your training or anything else.
The Lord Jesus Christ is able regardless of your so-called limitations. The power to expand and stretch is already in you.
Let me remind you what Ephesians 3:20 says:
Ephesians 3:20 (Amp) – Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]
It’s so important to see yourself as God sees you. All it takes is a “good brainwashing”.
Philippians 4:13 (Amp) – I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].
We see it, we hear it, but do we really believe it?
It’s truly a shame that so many sincere well-meaning Christians remain boxed in a routine existence and lives off limitations, failures and defeat. Why?
Because they never really challenge themselves to expand their MINDS to God’s truth.
Don’t flow with the problem. Break free in His truth. The truth is you will never be any more than your MIND allows you to think you can be.
Romans 12:2 (NIV) – Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Ask yourself – am I positioning myself for the blessings of God.
Proverbs 23:7a (Amp) – For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.
Question: Are you fully satisfied with what you are becoming and achieving in your spiritual life? If NO!! Change your thoughts.
The Hebrew word for THINK in Proverbs 23:7a is Sha’ar, which means Gatekeeper.
We have 3 primary gates that we must guard and protect: the Eyes, Ears and Mouth.
Day by day we are bombarded in our senses with thoughts and images which either lead us into a greater and more dynamic destiny OR drains our God-given power and causes us to become ineffectual and non-productive.
In short, what you allow into your mind and speak out your mouth can bring either blessing or a curse. So many times, in the news on TV, various media profiles, in conversations we have with people, the things we read, a subtle, negative spirit begins to take over.
If we are not careful and discern things through Godly wisdom, we will end up fearful, anxious, worried, depressed and defeated – believing a lie, seeing the facts. “WELL” they may be the FACTS but the TRUTH is what God’s Word says. What are you believing?
1 Corinthians 2:4-5 (Amp) – And my language and my message were not set forth in persuasive (enticing and plausible) word of wisdom, but they were in demonstration of the [Holy] Spirit and power [a proof by the Spirit and power of God, operating on me and stirring in the minds of my hearers the most holy emotions and thus persuading them], So that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men (human philosophy), but in the power of God.
We do not have to limit our lives to doing what the world says we can or cannot do based on what they think we should be or do.
1 Corinthians 2:12 (Amp) – Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.
2 Peter 1:3 says “God has freely given us all we need to succeed in life”
BUT first we have to know what those things are. That’s why God wants us to become spiritually mature Christians – “Growing in grace”.
Until such time we are able to desire, devour and digest the strong meat of God’s word, we will remain spiritual babies.
Sadly, so many live like babies, mentally, in their behaviour, in their activities, in their speech. Never really reaching the level of productivity and destiny that God created them for.
It all goes back to the MIND.
God sent his empowering Word to us when we first were saved. Every time you: hear the Word, read the Word, think the Word and speak the Word of God “YOU ARE BEING EMPOWERED”
Make no mistake – you are going to have to fight for what God says is yours. It will take commitment, obedience and faith. You will have to live a Godly Holy life.
1 Peter 1:15 (Amp) – But as the One Who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living.
We are going to have to live “Set apart” lives. Stop deliberate sins we were saved from.
Jesus died on the cross to make sure that we have life more abundantly.
With all these promises we cannot continue to walk around defeated, limited and uncommitted.
Let us decide to expand our minds, so that our Kingdom lives can expand into the destiny God has planned for us.
